 Gibson and Gene Simmons have joined up for a limited edition Signature Bass Guitar based on the Kiss member's heavily modified1959 EB-0

   We all know Gene Simmons, Original member of the iconic band Kiss. Along with Stanley, Simmons is one of the two only original members that remains in the lineup. Thats right so an original kiss member gets a Gibson Signature model. Sorry tommy Thayer, ha-ha!!!

  This is the first short scale bass to come out of the Gibson Custom Shop. And first to be produced at large numbers. I personally love Short Scale Bass guitars. And this is the only of its kind from Gibson. It has slight differences than the original such as the Grover Tuners instead of the banjo like tuners from before. It has a string thru body construction. Overall, a very interesting Bass Guitar. But the price may leave some of us just that. Interested but not a buyer at the price of $6,999. Quite steep I'd say, but the specs are below. So, judge for yourself. And if you end up with one let us know what you think.
