Limited Reissue of Tom Delonge Fender single Humbucker Stratocaster...

After weeks of waiting and heated speculation, Fender has finally brought back Tom DeLonge's signature classic Stratocaster - which has been re-released in four stunning colorways.

Fans first learned of the possible return of the single-humbucker Strat announced earlier this month, when guitarist Blink-182 posted a series of snapshots that virtually confirmed that the guitars are on the way.

Such rumors were finally quashed yesterday (July 24), when Fender officially announced a limited production run of DeLonge's signature guitar.

And, although Fender has revealed that it will arrive with a neat rear neck spoiler to distinguish it from the original version, it does not mention that there will be four color schemes: Daphne Blue, Sea Foam Green, Black and Pioneer by Jeff Beck. Yellow graffiti.
As we previously speculated, DeLonge's newest signature Strat stays true to its original design, using a single Seymour Duncan Invader acoustic buffer - connected to a tone control unique amount, naturally - for timbre.

It's also important to note that the volume pot also features a "treble" circuit, which aims to maintain the guitar's natural highs, while still providing a broken sound.

Other DeLonge quirks include an oversized '70s-style headstock, mother-of-pearl grab and stiff tail bridge, plus the previously mentioned custom neck plate featuring human-themed artwork neat aliens.

As you dig deeper into the specs, you'll find a C-shaped maple neck, along with a 9.5-inch radius rosewood neck from which the keys can be accommodated. medium size. Other appointments include vintage style tuners.

"I try to write music that's accessible, easy to play and enjoy, so people can get along with me," DeLonge said. “That simplicity really inspired this new signature Stratocaster. It has only one button and one microphone, making it easy to adjust, play, and play sounds, which is especially important when you're in front of a crowd and you've got a lot to think about.

“Above all, the vibrant colors give a timeless California feel that stands out on any stage,” he continued. "With Fender, a brand deeply rooted in my musical identity, we created something that truly stands the test of time - the way I strive to do with my music.

Since the original DeLonge Strat was discontinued in 2004, the price of the sought-after six-string has steadily increased over the years, with some used models costing upwards of $2,000. .

This Limited Reissue, meanwhile, is more affordable, weighing in at $1,299.

Included with the Strat single pup is a DeLonge themed accessory box, which includes a To The Stars themed strap, guitar strings, and picks. They are available for $32, down to $34 and $8 respectively.

$100 MIDI KEYBOARD CONVINCED A ROCK PUREST TO GO MIDI.....

NEKTAR IMPACT LX25+: $100 MIDI CONTROLLER THATS WORTH IT...

I Recently got the IMPACT LX25+ midi controller. It has 25 keys, 8 potentiometer, pitch bend, and modulation wheels, and your basic play/stop/rec/rew/FF/loop, and one master volume fader. It can control all the major daw's. I use Cakewalk. It seemlessly integrated with the daw, and it has been great.

Having a midi controller as far as workflow is huge. Being able to have the manual analog buttons faders etc in front of you speeds things up like crazy. The preciseness you can now achieve as well, is just amazing compared to using a mouse or even computer keyboard.

Speaking of using keyboard. Though I'm a purest, and I always prefer to play the real instrument myself before ever using virtual or midi. But let's face it. I am a solo artist, with no collaborators. I have an acoustic drum set. But for inspiration on the spot. It just makes sense to be able to play the drums this way. And when I am in a band setting, by all means. Real drummer every time. But this was an eye opener and a big move for me. I have been working on my next two EP's lately with this for drums, and organs too. It has inspired me to try adding different instrumentation I haven't tried before as well. It is truly a must have for a solo artist in reference to a midi keyboard.

So for the NEKTAR IMPACT LX25+. I love it. I have 25 keys to play all different types of instruments offered these days. Oh, and forgot to mention. there are also 8 programmable finger drumming pads. This itself is truly an instrument, as well. And I am authentic in my creation, and my use of it. I am very pleased to come to realize as well that so long as I am honest with my fans and those that consume my music. And my intention is pure, and I am able to be inspired, and express myself in the way that I am trying to convey my feelings. As well as the sounds I want to achieve. Its authentic. All in all we are reaching a time that sound is becoming irrelevant in the argument of purism. This is coming from a guitarist, with a love for classic rock in all its forms. And a general dislike for people making music solely with a laptop and no real skills, discipline or dedication to the artform. And A.I. music is a whole other article. and trust me it is coming soon...

I will be doing a short video about this piece of gear I find to be awesome, and worth every bit the $100 it costs. Entry level, but usable by all. It delivers what it promises, makes music production easier. and creation faster. Today that is super important. This midi keyboard by NEKTAR will get you there.
